Best for:
Clients who want structure and guidance, but can implement independently between sessions.
Includes:
Initial 45-min virtual consultation to assess goals and habits
Biweekly 1:1 virtual sessions (every other week, 25 min)
Personalized movement + breathwork plan
Email or portal-based support between calls
Self-guided video resources or exercise library access
Option to add single sessions as needed
Investment: $299–$350 / month (for 3 or 6 months)

Clients wanting accountability, deep transformation, or rehab after childbirth, surgery, or chronic pelvic dysfunction.

Initial 45-min virtual consultation to assess goals and habits
Weekly 1:1 virtual sessions (25 min each)
